My story
More than a decade ago, I began searching for a better way to live — one not ruled by inherited beliefs or silent battles with myself. Along the way, I faced depression, navigated family conflict, and, not long ago, breast cancer. I learned what it means to set boundaries that protect, without closing the heart.
Life’s pressures have a way of testing us, reshaping us, and sometimes leaving us uncertain of who we truly are. I’ve come to learn this through my own experience — which is why I chose to guide others toward clarity, resilience, and growth.
Alongside my lived journey, I formalized my practice with training and credentials through the ICF and EMCC at Kingstown College in Dublin. Education sharpened my skills, yet life itself became my greatest teacher. Each chapter revealed what no seminar or certification ever could: that pressure does not break us — it forges us.
Through these experiences, I lived — not just imagined — the very process I now guide others through: excavating hidden beliefs, finding clarity, refining through practice, reflecting differently, discovering resilience, and finally radiating a light, I once thought was out of reach. From this journey, The Six Facets of Transformation emerged.
I once believed brilliance belonged only to the flawless. For years, I doubted my place. What I have come to know is that true transformation is not about perfection, but about courage — the ongoing courage to be shaped, cut, and refined into wisdom. The courage to step forward, and let choices, not chance, define you.
That courage gave birth to Diamond Coaching — a boutique space where I share my knowledge, resources, and personal connection. I’m familiar with pressure — the weight, the strain, the intensity, but I also know that it can be refined into something extraordinary. My role is not to tell you who to be; it is to walk beside you as you decide how to be shaped — until your own brilliance emerges.
So here I stand — shaped by pressure, refined by experience, and ready to share what I have learned. Brilliance does not happen by chance — it's a choice.
